My holiday

My Holiday started from Christmas day to 28, Dec. Four days! The first day was Christmas day and I was invited to a party by my sister-in law, which is from a western family.
First we began to open the Christmas presents: toys, clothes, craftwork, cream, shampoo, underwear and so on, there were many surprises from that.
Then we went to the Sea in North Sydney. First we went out on a picnic there. We had some thin pancake with vegetables , fire duck, shrimps, oysters, salmon, cherries, fresh grapes , salad ......After we finished, My husband and brother-in law Gordon went to pick up his little boat and send James and me to the big ship first. Then Gordon taught everyone how to sail, the ship should go in "Z" with wind, when the wind direction changed we should change the sail, that was difficult for me but it was funny . It was sunny, the sky was so blue and clear. During the sailing I saw the offing was floating some white cloud, oh, that was Jellyfish, wow, so many they were! The Benthal was so clear that we could see the coral. Beautiful day, I loved it. I think everyone was enjoying it.

The second day was boxing day. We heard there was a big sale in David Jones, so I went shopping with my husband. It was full of people in the street.

The rest of two holiday days I just stayed at home and relaxed .

I loved this holiday!

How are you!

You see, that 's the place I came from! Shenzhen

My first day in Australia

I first came to Australia in Sept.2008. When I came out of he airport,it was sunny, the air was very fresh and the sky was so blue.

My husband, who wore jeans, came to me with a bunch of flowers.I was so excited that I ran to him, we hadn't seen each other for a year. He helped me to put my luggage into his car, then we went home.At first I had a shower,oh, it's very comfortable after nine hours travel. After we got up, my husband showed me around, we went to the seaside, which is very blue and clear "take a picture for me,"I told my husband, we enjoyed it .We also went to visit his father and shared the news in China with him.

How fast the time went! It was almost 5:00PM,we went shopping. The street was so quiet, there were not so many restaurants and not so many high buildings
either. THe meant was all freezing, which was the big difference between Australia and China. Most of People spoke English and the shops were far from our living, so you had to get a car, which would make everything easy.

I became worried about my future, this was a different country for me, no friends were here, the language was different, I had to learn more about it. Anyway I hope it will be better in the future.
